Princess Catherine (aka Kate Middleton) and Prince William let their inner adventurers out on Thursday (April 27) during a visit to Wales.
The Prince and Princess of Wales partook in some training events while celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Central Beacons Mountain Rescue.
Some of those exercises involved simulating rescue situations and providing medical support. However, the most exciting entailed them both abseiling or rappelling down the side of a cliff! Keep reading to find out more… Both Princess Catherine and Prince William wore protective helmets during the exercise, and they had on red jackets to match the rest of their group.
They appeared quite fearless while scaling the mountain and were all smiles throughout the day. Princess Catherine made another appearance in Windsor, England earlier this week.
