'The Crown' Shares First Look Images of Kate Middleton & Prince William

The show cast actor Ed McVey, 23, as the college-age version of Prince William and newcomer Meg Bellamy, 19, as Kate Middleton. Ed recently graduated from the Drama Centre London in 2021 and this will be his professional screen debut. Meg was cast in the role after submitting an audition tape! Keep reading to find out more… The pair filmed in St Andrews, Scotland earlier this year and they actually filmed in some of the alleged real-life locations that the real Prince William and Kate Middleton visited years and years ago!
Season 6 also features Imelda Staunton as Queen Elizabeth II, Jonathan Pryce as Prince Philip, Lesley Manville as Princess Margaret, Dominic West as Prince Charles, Elizabeth Debicki as Princess Diana, Claudia Harrison as Princess Anne and Olivia Williams as Camilla Parker Bowles.
