Kate Ferdinand has announced she's launching a support platform for blended families after she felt 'isolated' after becoming a stepmum.
Former TOWIE star Kate, 30, shares baby son Cree with her footballer husband Rio Ferdinand as well as being stepmum to his other children Lorenz, 15, Tate, 13, and Tia, 10, from his marriage to his late wife Rebecca Ellison.
