Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp may be extra keen to see his side beat Shrewsbury Town in the FA Cup after the two sides were paired together once again on Monday evening.
The Reds will face the League One outfit at Anfield in the third round of this season's competition, with the tie due to take place on the second weekend in January.
It is the second time the two clubs have been drawn against each other in the last three seasons, following a fourth round meeting during the 2019-20 campaign.
Liverpool needed a replay to make it through to the next round on that occasion after the Shrews held the then European champions to a 2-2 draw at home.
