Top European divisions are planning to end the current season by June 30, according to a statement from UEFA. Almost all of the leagues across the continent, as well as worldwide, have been postponed until April at the earliest amid the coronavirus outbreak.
There is now a concern about whether there will be enough time to finish the domestic seasons, leaving the titles of each division undecided as yet.
UEFA took the decision to postpone Euro 2020 for a year earlier this week. And now they have released a statement with how they plan to proceed for the rest of the season, insisting they intend to finish the term by a certain date instead of scrapping it completely.
