Sergio Aguero, who announced his retirement from football on Tuesday.Aguero has made the decision to hang up his boots at the age of 33 just five months after sealing a free transfer to Barcelona.The former Manchester City striker was taken to hospital on October 30 after he had to be substituted having experienced "chest discomfort" during a 1-1 draw with Alaves.The Argentine ended his 10-year association with Man City this summer having won five Premier League titles, six Carabao Cups and the FA Cup in 2018-19.Barton, now manager of League Two outfit Bristol Rovers, sent a message of support to Aguero despite the pair coming to blows in the past.The pair’s most infamous run-in came during Man City’s memorable 3-2 win over Queen’s Park.
