In it, Joe is dressed as a knight, with one-year-old daughter Indie dressed in a dragon onesie, with the Body Coach star combining lunges, kicks and squats with ‘slaying’ his sweet nemesis.
Inspired. And beyond adorable. Before pretending to slay Indie, Joe – who recently broke a bone in his hand after falling off a bike – explained away his injury by saying: ‘I actually got attacked by a dragon. ‘I got bitten on the hand, so I can’t really use this arm very well today.
