The couple are already parents to daughter Indie, one, and five-month-old son Marley. However, Joe, 33, said they want to expand their brood further - eventually having five children.
The bombshell came as one fan asked: "When are you and Rosie going to have another baby?" Writing over an adorable snap of Rosie, 29, and his kids, Joe wrote: "We will start trying again in a year's time." He then added: "We both want five kids so have a few years to get to work."
