The Instagram star, 33, has been forced to take a step back from working out after undergoing surgery, over the weekend, to remove wires that had been fitted to fix a fracture after he fell off his bike back in March.
To make sure the United Kingdom could keep up with their fitness regimes his wife Rosie, 29, stepped up to take the class that aired live on YouTube.
Joe spoke to camera whilst Rosie did the movements and the gym guru may not have been able to give 100 percent but he sure got his blood-pumping as he admired his Mrs.
