Jennifer Hudson is being sued by a photographer for ‘sharing a pap photo of herself without permission’. Photographer Fernando Ramales is said to be taking legal action against the singer, 38, after Jennifer posted the picture he had taken of her to her Instagram account.
He is reportedly seeking up to $175,000 (£141,000) in damages, plus attonerys’ fees for the alleged copyright infingement.
