Euro 2020 final at Wembley will see Italian captain Giorgio Chiellini return to a stadium he first played at 14 years ago.The veteran defender featured in the first official match at the new Wembley in March 2007 as Italy U21s face England U21s in front of 55,700 spectators.It ended 3-3 on the day and proved to be a thrilling contest, but there was also an unpleasant incident in the match.Chiellini collided with Gary Cahill during proceedings, resulting in the Italian defender cracking open his head.
Despite this, he refused to be substituted and carried on playing after being supplied with a head bandage.This fighting spirit shown by Chiellini has remained present throughout his career and will likely be on show once again when England.
