This is what police found when they pulled over a trucker on the M62. Jack Marlow was arrested on July 7th after officers received reports from other motorists regarding the manner of his driving.
Marlow initially refused to stop for officers in Cheshire, but eventually pulled over near to junction 6, Tarbock Island in Knowsley.
When searching his cab officers found a number of cans of alcohol. Following his arrest Marlow provided a reading of 113 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – more than three times the legal limit of 35 microgrammes.
