The planets are millions of miles apart, but appear to have been inching closer and closer to each other over time recently, the Mirror reports.
According to NASA a conjunction is when two planets appear to touch each other in the sky when seen from the Earth's point of view.
The Venus and Jupiter conjunction usually occurs once a year, however this time the planets are set to appear even closer than they have ever before.
