Champions League final between Liverpool and Real Madrid back in 2018 was no different.As the two teams geared up for the showpiece event in Kyiv, the mood was generally positive amongst the Liverpool and Madrid camps, with both sets of fans behaving themselves.

But the same could not be said for two Ukrainian individuals, who launched into a game of fisticuffs in the city centre.Footage emerged on social media of two apparently drunken men brawling on a grassy patch of a run-down square, as reported by The Mirror.

And it didn’t take long for the fight to reach serious levels of brutality after the initial confrontation between the pair.The fight — which lasted for several minutes — saw the aggressor, a shirtless man, rip off the top of his opponent before kneeling and punching him in the head.

The shirtless man in the footage, after beating his opponent, then approaches a scarf seller hoping for a scrap. But on this occasion, he is left to regret his decision as he is taught a lesson by his opponent.As he squared up to the street merchant, who was carrying Liverpool and Real Madrid merchandise, the man wearing yellow pulled out a strong right jab and knocked the man clean off his feet.HAVE YOUR SAY: Will Liverpool exact revenge on Real Madrid by winning the Champions League?
