Hairdresser reveals worst comments clients should never make while getting hair done

Being a hairdresser is a job that mostly consists of freshening up clients with fabulous new hairdos but while doing this they are often confided in people's deepest darkest secrets as many feel comfortable gossiping while getting their hair done.During the conditioning head massages and colour treatments, the words seem to just tumble out and our hair stylists ears are filled with all of our problems as they work their magic, the Mirror reports.However, although most hairdressers are used to the brutally honest confessions made in their styling seats, it seems there are a few things you should never say during your salon appointment.

Luke Gregory, a Senior Colourist at SALON64 in London, has recalled some of the worst things he has heard from clients while working on their hair which have made him 'wince'.Speaking to the Mirror about the comments that should be avoided, he starts with saying he never wants a client to say "we can always change it back".He explained: "This is a phrase clients say often that makes me wince.

You should never go in with this as your starting idea or as a caveat. If you're unsure, maybe it's the right colour but certainly the wrong time."He went on to add that the same applies to those who tell him that they hope their loved ones will approve of their new look as he stressed: "You're doing it for you, not for them.
