Greggs superfan is planning a country-wide tour of all 2,078 stores so she can eat a sausage roll at each and every one of them.Megan Topping, 27, has bought a car and dubbed it "The Greggsmobile" for her tour of the country which she concedes could take her years to complete. But the 27-year-old superfan has already gotten off to a good start with her tour, ticking off a dozen of the outlets so far, with thousands more to go.To keep track of all the stores she has started a spreadsheet to chart her progress on the epic country-wide sausage roll trip.Megan, who says she spends £300 a month at Greggs, says there is no danger of her going off of the beloved pastry product as she has eaten one almost every day for years.Slim Megan, of Middleton, Greater Manchester, said: "People think this is a bit of a joke but I'm utterly Greggs mad.

It's been important throughout my life and I'm grateful it exists."It sounds crazy but even when I'm travelling, the first thing I look for is a Greggs."I hope to hit every single one and I've booked some time off later this year so I hope to start making real progress towards completing my goal."Megan saved up a grand for her "Greggsmobile," a Hyundai, to use on her country-wide pastry tour. She said: "I couldn't be more excited about it all.

I wanted to do something fun, so I thought, 'Sod it, why not?'."It will take a few years at least but I'm game. I don't feel like I've lost the plot.
