EXCLUSIVE: Amazon Freevee has ordered a second season of Tribunal Justice, created and executive produced by Judge Judy Sheindlin. The renewal comes ahead of the December 1 Season 1 finale of the the courtroom program, part of the Justice brand on Freevee anchored by Sheindlin’s other courtroom show for the streamer, the Daytime Emmy-winning Judy Justice, which has been renewed through Season 4. Both programs are distributed by by Scott Koondel’s Sox Entertainment.

The new Amazon Freevee original series Tribunal Justice is set to premiere with three episodes on June 9 in the U.S., UK, Germany and Austria with new episodes released every weekday through December 1. The first official trailer for the Judge Judy Sheindlin-created show is available above, featuring judges Patricia DiMango, Tanya Acker and Adam Levy—with the return of bailiff Petri Hawkins Byrd.

EXCLUSIVE: Judge Yodit Tewolde and Judge Rachel Juarez are joining the panel of the nationally syndicated courtroom series Hot Bench. They join six-year Hot Bench veteran Judge Michael Corriero who is returning to the show as it launches its ninths season on Oct. 31.

Scott Koondel will also serve as an executive producer.The three judges are: Judge Patricia DiMango, a former New York State Supreme Court Justice and Administrative Judge of the New York State Supreme Court, Criminal Term, Kings County; Judge Tanya Acker, a Yale Law School graduate, experienced civil litigator, former Judge Pro Tem in Los Angeles County Superior Court; and Adam Levy, former Putnam County, New York District Attorney, and an instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and New York Prosecutors Training Institute.

EXCLUSIVE: Judith Sheindlin is expanding her footprint at Amazon Freevee (fka IMDb TV) with a second court program to join Judy Justice. Amazon’s free, ad-supported streaming service has given a series order to Tribunal, a panel-based show starring two of the judges on Sheindlin’s CBS Media Ventures panel court program Hot Bench, Patricia DiMango and Tanya Acker, as well as Sheindlin’s son, former District Attorney Adam Levy.

Judge Judy Sheindlin didn’t take too kindly to CBS putting her other court show on backburner channels in favor of the daytime talk program the "Drew Barrymore Show" and joked that the network will be kicking themselves after making such a move. The esteemed judge – whose real name is Judy Sheindlin – spoke with the Wall Street Journal about her historic 25-year run in which her courtroom series "Judge Judy" was the top first-run show in all of syndicated TV.
