Judy Sheindlin’ ‘Tribunal Justice’ Renewed For Season 2 By Amazon Freevee With Roland Tieh As Showrunner
deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: Amazon Freevee has ordered a second season of Tribunal Justice, created and executive produced by Judge Judy Sheindlin.
The renewal comes ahead of the December 1 Season 1 finale of the the courtroom program, part of the Justice brand on Freevee anchored by Sheindlin’s other courtroom show for the streamer, the Daytime Emmy-winning Judy Justice, which has been renewed through Season 4.
Both programs are distributed by by Scott Koondel’s Sox Entertainment. Roland Tieh, a twenty-five-year TV veteran with experience across court, news, sports, talk, and reality, has joined Tribunal Justice as executive producer and showrunner for Season 2.
The show didn’t have a designated full-time showrunner in Season 1. With the Justice brand expanding, including the upcoming Justice on Trial, a seasoned veteran, Tieh, was brought to Tribunal Justice for Season 2.
