On Thursday, April 22, officers from the Wigan West policing team discovered a huge cannabis farm in one of the industrial units on Kilshaw Street, Pemberton.

Two massive rooms inside the unit contained 1,024 cannabis plants - believed to be worth between £400,000 - £500,000. Officers believe those behind the farm were living in the unit, as beds, showering facilities, and lots of food and water was also found inside.
