granddaughter was left fuming after a carer left her 99-year-old grandma with macaroni and cheese and two slices of Quorn chicken slices in the shape of Mickey Mouse.Gail Stone, from Sheffield, South Yorkshire, visited her grandma Francis Stone to be in disbelief over the lack of food she was served by her carer.Francis was served “cold” macaroni and cheese and two slices of Quorn chicken slices that is believed to have been purposely put in the shape of the iconic Disney character.‘I used to be a carer and I would never have treated anyone like that,” Gail told the Daily Star.“I would be ashamed if I'd left anybody with some of the meals she has been left.
I know she doesn't eat much but that doesn't mean you have to lower the quality too.”Gail said her grandma has had issues with food she has been served in the past.
