Storm Eunice battered her five-year-old son’s gravestone.The extreme weather destroyed the monument, leaving Sheila Morgan in bits and her granddaughter determined to help raise funds for repairs.In a statement on the GoFundMe page, Hannah explained the grave belonged to Sheila’s only son, Andrew, who sadly passed away in the 80s with cerebral palsy.She explained the family would be “eternally grateful” to anyone who could contribute to repairing the stone."Hey everyone, due to Storm Eunice my uncle’s gravestone has devastatingly been ruined,” she wrote."My nan holds my uncle very close to her heart as he was her only son and sadly passed when he was just five years old."Andrew suffered with cerebral palsy and due to being born in the 80s there wasn’t much anyone could do due to lack of research.”As it stands, £100 has been raised by 13 generous donors – but it is still £300 off the target set for fixes."My nan is extremely devastated that this has happened and this is only adding to her bereavement and depression,” Hannah added."We would all be eternally grateful if you can find the kindness in your hearts to donate to help my nan restore Andrew’s gravestone.Stay up to date with all the Daily Star's latest news by signing up to one of our free newsletters here."Love from us all - Hannah, Kirsty, James and our beautiful nan Sheila."Deadly Storm Eunice wreaked havoc throughout the area the gravestone stood in Plymouth.It left cars crushed and trees strewn across the streets, whilst homes were left without power throughout the whole country.
