Gogglebox fans fume over lack of tribute to cast members who tragically passed away

dailystar.co.ukGogglebox fans were left disappointed after tuning into the new episode only for there to be no tribute made to Mary Cook, Andy Michael or Pete McGarry, who all passed away this year.The much-anticipated new series of the hit Channel 4 show came back with a bang tonight as series favourites including Jenny and Lee, Sophie and Pete and the Malones all returned to the show.
However, there was no sign of a tribute to the recently passed cast members in the first episode of the new regular season of the popular award-winning show.Last Friday's Celebrity Gogglebox saw tributes paid at the end of the show to Mary Cook and Andy Michael, missing out Pete McGarry who died in June.One Twitter user commented: "Very poor there from @C4Gogglebox.
