Romina Ashrafi was killed with a farming sickle in her family home in Hovigh, Talesh county, Iran, as a form of "punishment" for her actions, reports claim.
Local reports say Romina had planned to run away with the older man. The teenage girl initially fled the family home with the 34-year-old after her father expressed outrage at their plans to get married.
