Gigantic waterspout appears off coast of Majorca in terrifying footage

dailystar.co.ukA huge waterspout has been seen near the island of Majorca by residents trapped inside their homes during coronavirus lockdown.
Footage taken by quarantined Vox party politician Jorge Campos Asensi show the waterspout spinning fast in the bay area of Llucmajor in the city of Palma yesterday.
The huge vortex is seen linking the sea level to a dark cloud above and moving slowly along the bay. According to Majorca Daily Bulletin, the water tornado appeared at around 10.45am and was observable from distances of 10 kilometres.
