Several Manchester United supporters have been waxing lyrical about youngster Ethan Laird after his latest impressive performance on loan at Swansea City.
The right-back — who joined the Swans on a season-long loan deal during the summer transfer window — grabbed an assist and helped the Welsh outfit earn a third clean sheet in their last five matches, as they continue to improve under manager Russel Martin, with a 3-0 win over Peterborough United on Saturday afternoon.
Laird, who is still only 20, provided an assist for Jake Bidwell with just two minutes on the clock, allowing the fellow wing-back to tap home from close range for his second goal of the season, after he connected with Laird's excellent low cross.
