EXCLUSIVE: Jenny Klein (The Thing About Pam) has signed an overall deal for television content with independent studio Entertainment One. Under the two-year pact, Klein will develop genre and drama-based television content and will serve as showrunner on eOne’s Power Rangers series that is currently in development at Netflix. She’ll collaborate on the series with Jonathan Entwistle who is overseeing the Power Rangers universe under a deal he signed with eOne in 2020 to develop the franchise across film and television.

Entertainment One has promoted veteran television executives Jacqueline Sacerio and Gabriel Marano to Co-Heads, Development, Scripted Television, U.S. The two will work together to oversee the Company’s scripted television development in the U.S. and will continue to report to Pancho Mansfield, President of Global Scripted Television, eOne.

Mónica Marie Zorrilla “The Witcher” writer Jenny Klein, who was on the creative team for NBC and Blumhouse Television’s limited podcast-to-screen adaptation “The Thing About Pam,” has been promoted to showrunner of the series. Klein, who has also written for “Supernatural” and “Jessica Jones,” replaces Jessika Borsiczky (“House of Lies,” “Sex/Life”).
