Celtic striker Carlton Cole has called for more education after Greg Clarke's racist comments that forced him to quit the FA.
Clarke had described black footballers as 'coloured' as he discussed racial abuse with a Government committee earlier this week.He did apologise and said he was 'deeply saddened' by the news but it wasn't enough to save his job after a series of offensive comments.
As well as his racial language towards black players, Clarke also suggested South Asians want to work in IT and that referred to gay players as making a ‘life choice’.
He also said young players in the women’s game didn't like having a hard football hit at them.And Cole admits he wasn’t surprised by the comments that were made by Clarke and insists the FA.
