An online account called CrossFit UK posted the plan to its 25,000 followers on Instagram on September 9 - less than a day after the Queen died.

2/6 and 6/2 in 1952 and 1953 respectively are the dates that 1) Elizabeth succeeded the throne and 2) was officially crowned. "The 1 min rest signifies the year gap between these dates.
