Facebook to ban anti-vaccination conspiracy theories including 'microchip' lies

Facebook is finally taking action to stop conspiracy theory loons spreading crazy claims about vaccinations. The social media giant has today announced it is to start removing false claims about coronavirus and any vaccines.

This comes as it was revealed jabs for the killer virus could be rolled out as soon as next week. The multi billion dollar social media supremo is promising to remove disinformation - including claims vaccines contain microchips or "anything else not on the official ingredient list" - but warned it will "not be able to start enforcing these policies overnight".
