West Ham striker Frank Nouble was forced to "change gears" after nearly being beaten in the dad's race for his kid's sports day.Nouble, who spent most of his three-year spell with the Hammers out on loan, is now playing for Colchester United in League Two.
But the 30-year-old was given a nasty surprise after lining up for the traditional battle of the fathers at his local school.A slow start saw him fall a few yards behind the frontrunner, who had stormed off the line.
