Everton frontman Oumar Niasse has put forward a compelling case to be regarded as the Premier League's biggest ever flop.The consideration comes following reports that the Senegalese striker, who once cost the Toffees £13.5million when he joined from Lokomotiv Moscow on deadline day of January 2016, is training with lowly West Didsbury & Chorlton.The North West Counties Football League Division One South is a far cry from the bright lights and prestige of the Premier League, but that's where free agent Niasse has found himself in recent months as he searches for fitness and a willing taker.It's been a spectacular fall from grace.After netting 19 goals in 42 appearances over in Russia, including the equaliser in Lokomotiv's 2015 Russian Cup.
