The 21-year-old pulled his victim’s trousers and pants down before forcing her to bend over a bed where he raped her.After the attack, the callous fiend told the young girl that he would “ruin her”.Hailes, of Bathgate, was already a high risk registered sex offender and was being monitored by authorities before the horrific rape.
The teenager broke down crying just days after the attack and told her mother what had happened prompting police to be called.
