Evil Scots teenager who raped and battered 15-year-old girl is jailed

dailyrecord.co.ukraped and assaulted a 15-year-old girl has been detained for more than three years. The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was sentenced at the High Court in Edinburgh on Tuesday having earlier admitted his brutal crimes.
The 17-year-old raped the young girl at various addresses in the Aberdeenshire area between February and September 2018. On one occasion, his young victim woke up and found he was lying on top of her having removed her pyjama bottoms.The teenager, who was just 15 at the time, also admitted repeatedly punching her on the head and strangling her with his arm around her neck.
The rapist, who has since been diagnosed with ADHD and Asperger Syndrome, was handed a three years and nine month sentence. He was also placed.
