The super-fit entrepreneur is the son of a road worker and went to a local state school before attending Nottingham University.
The 48-year-old went into business in 2004 and has recently seen its share price soar to leave him in line for the astonishing payout.
Moulding grew up in Colne, a town north of Burnley in Lancashire, and co-founded The Hut Group, according to The Mirror. He now owns a staggering 20% of the £6billon business, which runs more than 100 websites including Look Fantastic, make-up brands eyeko, MyProtein and several.
