mirror.co.ukEmmerdale viewers are still convinced a major twist is on the cards regarding baby Theo's paternity. David Metcalfe was confirmed as the biological dad of Theo, the baby son of Maya Stepney, earlier this year.
The baby was dumped on their doorstep over Christmas, before they soon realised whose baby it was. David's ex Maya had been in prison for grooming stepson Jacob, before having an underage romance with him and convincing him they were in love.
Jacob and David were torn apart by the betrayal, but more so because Jacob refused to believe he had been groomed. The pair are now back on track with Jacob realising what had happened to him, while the baby bombshell threw a spanner in the works.
