A driver has pleaded not guilty to causing the death of man in Little Lever, Bolton. Ann Ferguson, of Calf Hey Close, Radcliffe, is charged with causing death by driving without due care and attention.

The incident took place on Market Street in Little Lever on January 24, 2020. Kenneth Magill died on February 2, 2020. The defendant will appear at Bolton Crown Court on February 28, 2022, for a case management hearing. She is on unconditional bail.
