Daniel Masiulis, 35, appeared before a judge at Manchester Crown Court today. He pleaded not guilty to causing death by careless driving.
He also denies causing death by dangerous driving when over the prescribed limit of alcohol. Judge Mr Justice Timothy Smith said Mr Masiulis, of Baguley Street, Droylsden, Tameside, will face a four-day trial from April 19, 2022.
