‘Euphoria’ season three release date confirmed
Euphoria has finally been confirmed.According to Warner Bros. Discovery global streaming chief JB Perrette, the new season is likely to land in early 2026.Speaking at a tech and media conference hosted by Wells Fargo yesterday (December 3), Perrette said (via Deadline) “that we’ll see the third season of Euphoria probably in early 2026″.It comes after fresh rumours recently arose over the potential cancellation of the show after Storm Reid, who plays Rue’s [Zendaya] younger sister Gia Bennet, recently confirmed that she won’t be returning to the HBO show. This came after rumours were already circulating that the hit drama’s third season had quietly been cancelled at HBO, prompting a retort from a representative that confirmed the show will be moving ahead as planned.Zendaya also revealed that as yet, she still hasn’t seen any scripts for the next season of Euphoria but confirmed that filming on the show is to begin in January. In a statement issued back in July, HBO’s head of drama Francesca Orsi said she was “thrilled” to reveal that the show will begin shooting this coming January, with the entire main cast set to return. There have been numerous reports about the delay of the third season, which were compounded by the death of Euphoria star Angus Cloud in August last year.
