Manchester United were involved in two mistakes - one that has led to calls that the Champions League draw should be drawn again.
The first saw the Red Devils initially drawn with Villarreal but that was rescinded because the two teams were from the same group.
However, a second error has emerged after United were not even involved in the draw when Atletico Madrid were pulled out of the bag.
Instead, they were handed a tough match against Bayern Munich but United's ball was not put into the mix which meant that Andrey Arshavin, guesting for the draw, had no chance of ever drawing the Red Devils.And Liverpool's ball was included - despite the fact they should not have been there either in a further error from UEFA.
