A mum has warned parents about dangerous toys online after her two-year-old daughter was left fighting for her life. Sam McCarthy, 35, rushed toddler Rebecca to hospital after she swallowed colourful magnet balls she mistook for sweets.
X-rays revealed the magnets, bought from a third-party seller on eBay, were so strong that they had linked together inside her body and ruptured three parts of her intestine.
