A desperate mum is feeling "a mixture of anger and frustration" after Hermes lost her baby's quite literally irreplaceable teddy bear.
Hannah Monaghan is "anxious" and pleading for help tracking down her baby Phoebe unique bear, bought as a present for the seven-month-old's first Christmas.
The special bear contains a recording of the tot's actual tiny heartbeat. It and its heart are made from the first baby clothes Phoebe wore and was designed to be the exact weight she was when she was born.
But the bespoke bear was lost by courier firm Hermes at a sorting hub, and the young family are making a desperate appeal for help.
