evoke.ieDermot O’Leary has lifted the lid on what it was like starting on This Morning alongside his co-presenter Alison Hammond. The two had never worked together before so you would assume they would need time to prepare and build up a rapport before appearing on live telly for the first time, right?
Well, that wasn’t the case. Dermot and Alison hadn’t seen each other for 15 years before it was announced back in January that they would become the new presenters of the breakfast show every Friday.
Despite the fact that they have both presented numerous shows throughout their respective careers and are seasoned hosts in their own right, the pair encountered a few bumps when they first appeared in studio together.
