December's big Premium Bond winners named - including two new millionaires

The first jackpot went to a woman from Manchester, picking up a cool £1million prize with Bond 398MV229074. She only bought the winning bond Bond in June this year and has £30,010 invested in Premium Bonds overall.
September’s second million-pound prize went to a woman from South Gloucestershire. Her winning Bond (263SP726460) was bought in January 2016 - she's the eighth person from from Gloucestershire to win the top prize.
Overall, more than 2,868,182 prizes worth £82,460,250 were handed out, NS&I said. Since the first draw in June 1957, ERNIE has drawn 507
