Dancing on Ice professional skater Hamish Gaman has spoken out for the first time since he was dropped from the hit ITV show last month.

Ahead of the 14th series of the hit skating competition, which is set to launch this January, ITV producers confirmed the line-up of professional skaters last week as the celebrity contestants learn the basics before they take to the ice.Featured on the list of those who will be taking part in the 2022 show is Vanessa Bauer, who was the 38-year-old's skating companion back in the day.But eagle-eyed fans spotted that the English figure skater was noticeably missing from this year’s list of professional skaters.Now, the man himself has spoken out on the “surprising” news which he shared to Instagram to.
