Cristiano Ronaldo paid tribute to his recently passed baby son after netting his 100th Premier League goal against Arsenal.The Manchester United talisman made his first appearance since the tragic death of his newborn son against the Gunners on Saturday, having missed the trip to Liverpool earlier this week.
