Cristiano Ronaldo is now the outright top scorer of goals at home in the Premier League this season. The Manchester United ace was on the scoresheet once again on Monday night as his side beat Brentford 3-0 in their final home game of the season.
Ronaldo scored from the spot to take his league tally up to 18, putting him just behind Mohamed Salah (22) and Son Heung-min (19) in the goalscoring chart.
Ronaldo’s latest goal continued his hot streak at Old Trafford, with the 37-year-old having scored eight times in his last four home appearances in the Premier League.
That run has seen him take his tally at home to 14 for the season, putting him one ahead of his nearest rival.
