A care home has been ordered to improve after mistakes managing and administering medicines were found to have put residents ‘at risk of harm’. A new Care Quality Commission (CQC) report says that systems at Bowerfield Court, in Disley, Stockport, were ‘either not in place, not being followed or not robust enough to demonstrate medicines safety was effectively managed’.
