Now his most distant sister and her husband are opening up about how they feel now that the case “is finally over.” In a new blog post on their website, the couple revealed that they “are thankful” to be done with the legal matter and the difficult emotions it came with, sharing: But how do they feel about Josh’s punishment??

Well, that’s a complicated question. The couple — who have both been vocal in the past about her father Jim Bob Duggar‘s offenses — alluded to the fact he’s covered for Josh all these years, writing: It really seems like they’re agreeing with the sentence.
