A couple who live in a one bedroom flat were told by their housing provider to 'stop having kids'. Shirley Purton, 24, lives with her partner, Luke Lumbard, 32, and their three children - Isabell, two, Lareece, one, and Matilda, who is 19-weeks-old.
The family of five live in a tiny flat in Thetford, Norfolk, which has no outdoor space and next to no storage. They called their housing provider, Havebury Housing, to inquire about bidding on a new property - and were rudely told to 'stop having kids'.
