CORONATION Street star Sam Aston's wife Briony filmed herself doing yoga with their two-week-old son for a sweet social media post.

The new parents proudly announced that little Sonny had arrived six weeks early with an adorable family snap on Instagram yesterday.

And yoga instructor Briony wasted no time in getting back to her passion - returning to the mat just a fortnight after giving birth.

In the video, the 25-year-old blonde is dressed in burgundy leggings and a black top, having maintained her trim figure during pregnancy.
